Bundle up, East Coast; it's another wet, wild winter weekend.
Blizzards in NY and New England, state of emergency declared in Mid-Atlantic and the Carolinas, a shit-ton of flight cancellations in the South, etc. We've got the first white Christmas in the Carolinas in decades, according to news reports. How this affects me? 3-6 inches forecast, not too bad right now but will get icy later. As the docks and deck are slippery, I'm only going out to use the restroom. (I hold my breath every time the kids have to step onto the dock.)
For those who cannot avoid travel this weekend, be careful. For those who must get home, I pray for a safe journey.
