Finally the bank was able to verify and validate with the MA courts, so tomorrow we bring in the death certificate and will be able to open the estate account. Apologized for inconvenience. So things are looking up. The check may actually clear before the wedding.

Also, my mom should be released from the hospital today, so here's keeping positive thoughts. I'll give her a call in a little while to make sure she gets settled in first.
