You poor thing! The inflammation could be anything from asthma to bronchitis (at least that's what I've learned from listening to my nurse mother). But if it is an infection, the good news is that antibiotics should help. If it's not an infection, steroids should help. So hopefully you'll be all better soon.
If it makes you feel any better, I spent the day in bed with aweful cramps. OK that probably doesn't help. Just hope you feel better. :)
