We should be arriving in Boston Thurs. Sunday is Aidan's birthday; we plan to take the kids to Canobie Lake Park, to which they've never been. We must remedy this!
This is my last semi-sane moment, a chance to exhale and prepare myself for the day. As it happens, the cab came this morning to pick me up for the airport, so I'm wide awake. There's pancake batter for my sleepyheads and cold foods for lunch. As soon as my husband gets ready, we're taking down our bed and packing it up. He was able to procure a storage unit yesterday, so he'll be running items over there before loading up the car for the drive. When Aidan gets tired, they will check into a motel for the night, and then finish the drive in the morning. Tomorrow night they will stay at my brother's. Meanwhile, Bree and I will be going over the last minute clean-up and item disposal.
I pray for energy, sanity, and success clearing this house out by Thurs. morning.
