Talked it over with Bree and Aidan. While Aidan wants a pineapple upside down cake for his birthday, Bree wants to throw a Mad Tea Party-themed birthday party with a Cheshire Cat cake. katilara 's Jabberwocky video. I thought of making a checkerboard cake using the Wilton cake pans, but I could just as easily make a red and pink striped cake, and use a pineapple slice for the Cheshire Cat's mouth. I know that it's months away, but it's such a nifty idea and I'm sure that we could pull it off. Lots more on this later.
